Integrated accessories

Vacuum performance

Both Viton O-ring and NBR sealing are optional for removable walls. Inner surface can be electropolished for the most demanding applications.

When space and weight capacity are limited, take advantage of our ready-to-use customizable support table allowing any type of adjustment or alignment. Choose between heavyweight and lightweight support frames.
Precision cleaning
Cleaning procedures guarantee the best vacuum performance by removing leftover particles and
shapeless contaminants that adhere to the surface.
Vacuum Control
Our chambers can include a turnkey vacuum system for pumping, measurement and HMI interface.
Optical tables and breadboards
Integrated tables are ready for the most stable optical applications and can be integrated into welded chambers. Optical tables can be attached inside a chamber or on a separate support frame.
Removable walls
Custom made welded chambers can have limited modularity by integration of some removable walls. Both aluminium and stainless steel walls with various surface modifications are available.

Both aluminium and stainless steel are possible with various surface modifications and shapes. We have manufactured many different shapes in large size range between 80 millimeters and 14 meters.

S-Cube Essential

S-Cube Automatic
Chamber behaviour can be predefined by the programmable logic controller (PLC). The PLC controls the vacuum pump and lighting, evaluates temperature and signals from pressure gauges, and much more

- Changes in viewport coloured lights reflect changes inside the chamber.
- Systems from other companies can be integrated, allowing multiple systems to function at the same time at no extra cost.
- Fixed buttons or touch screens are available for the user interface.
S-Cube Web Browser
While working with fragile materials or limited samples, tracking of vacuum parameters allows for better process control. The programmable logic controller (PLC) can be managed via a web browser which can be opened on any device with an access code and WiFi connection

S-Cube Embedded Solution
Our custom control embedded system suitable for complex assemblies allows equipment to work in conjunction with other systems. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is controlled by a custom-made PC program which can run on a server and can be integrated into the customer’s network

3D model is for now not generated for each configuration. We will send you 3D model in step format after sending an inquiry of configured chamber. We can also offer you a design study in which we will create an optimal design solution to your vacuum system.
There is a difference in allowable number of operating cycles based on used material. Maximum allowable number of load cycles is affected by sizes of the chambers more than used material.
We have manufactured many different shapes in large size range between 80 millimeters and 14 meters. We are flexible and we can offer custom solutions.

What was your impression of the S-Cube?
We were looking for a modular vacuum chamber for our research department. The S-Cube, being a modular system, seemed to offer exactly what we needed for our project. A high quality, good looking and easy-to-modify vacuum system.
What problem you wanted to solve with our product?
Industrial machines for additive manufacturing are often designed to last for a long period of time. They are not meant to be modified. In research however, we are often faced with rapidly changing technologies that need to be implemented and tested in our test rigs . We need to be able to rapidly adapt our system without having to build a whole new machine. The modularity of the S-Cube offers exactly that.
What would you say to someone who asked about us?
The experience we had during the meetings and the written exchange with the company was really positive. The response time was short and the interest in our project was high. It is a real pleasure to cooperate with such a company.

What was your impression of the S-Cube?
In general, the S-cube system is very well designed and performs as advertised. As we said above it is the one that stands out in the lab !
What problem you wanted to solve with our product?
The goal was to be able to reach high vacuum inside the chamber to accommodate for a high intensity laser system. The chamber had to be isolated from the breadboard to minimize vibrations and the design had to ensure that frequent venting; opening and closing would not misalign the complex beam path inside.
As of today, the laser system has not yet be added. Given the performances of the vacuum we are not worried that the performances will be met.
What would you say to someone who asked about us?
We would highly recommend Streicher !
